To the front is a splendid private swimming pool measuring 10 X 5 meters complete with parasols, sunloungers in a small patio area.

The property comprises of a fully fitted kitchen with crockery and utensils equipped with microwave, fridge, oven and hob. The kitchen features a modern breakfast bar with archway that looks over into a superbly finished lounge complete with stone open fireplace for cool evenings in the winter.

The lounge contains leather couches, a DVD player and satellite TV. Also available is a put up bed to provide extra sleeping capacity.

The master bedroom includes a large double bed and fitted wardrobes.
