Set back in to the hillside, Villa Nathalia is a beautifully secluded villa with a private swimming pool, landscaped garden and gated drive, ideal for both families and couples.

The house has a balcony to two sides with outside furniture. To the rear of the property there is a furnished patio area that benefits from all-day sunshine.

To the front is a splendid private swimming pool measuring 10 x 5 meters with patio area complete with parasols and sunloungers and this leads to the new BBQ area.

The property comprises a fully fitted kitchen with crockery, utensils and is equipped with microwave, fridge, oven, hob and coffee-making machine. The kitchen features a modern breakfast bar with archway that overlooks the superbly finished lounge containing leather couches, DVD player and satellite TV. There is also an open stone fireplace to take off the chill during the cool winter evenings.

The master bedroom includes a large double bed and fitted wardrobes along with air-conditioning.

The bathroom is fully tiled and includes a bath with 'over-shower'.

The second bedroom houses an en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes and twin beds and also includes air-conditioning.

There is a 'put-up' bed for extra occupancy. Guests have full use of washing machine, ironing board and iron. There is also a clothes airer.
